Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please include your name, order number/receipt, and date of purchase when making a return/exchange. Note that some items are not eligible for return/exchange including sale/clearance items and bralettes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Orders ship out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering.
Orders are typically shipped out via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority depending on the weight of the order.
Domestic orders $100 & up ship free.
